The Write Record operation enables you to write your own data records to the blockchain. The records can contain any arbitrary data that you want to be registered on the blockchain. The records can subsequently be read and verified so that you have proof of them being written to the blockchain in the first place.
Write Record returns the location of the record on the blockchain.
The record creator can publish the location of the record or distribute it to interested parties. They will be able to read or verify the record themselves. They can do this either by using nChain Event or by using third-party tools such as WhatsOnChain.
